Final Project: Proposal of a Construction Project

"Trying to manage a project without project management is like trying to play a football game without a game plan."
                                                                                                                                      -K. Tate

This is the third and also the final project, in a group of 2 people, we need to find a specific land within campus area to initiate a small construction project. The size of the land shall not be more than 30mx30m. We should propose ONE project that serves one of the following purposes: Recreation area, Study Enhancement area, Rest area, Dining area (food and beverage) and Commercial area(exclude food and beverage). We need to research and write a report about types of building development- includes suggestion, rationale, benefits, site analysis, evaluation, layout of the area, zoning, costing and the needs of the project to the client and to the community. The area we've chosen was located at Block E Level 2 and we are going to design a rest area over there.
